Donations and Refund Policy

Introduction

Our supporters are incredibly important to us. With your generosity, we are able to help children in underserved communities access quality education.

Generally, donations made to Bridge International Academies Foundation are not refundable, as is the case with most charitable contributions. However, refund decisions may be made on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the circumstances surrounding the donation.

Donations and Refunds

Bridge International Academies Foundation will consider a refund under the specific circumstances listed below, upon a justified request from the donor:

• A refund will be provided if the donation was processed in error by Bridge International Academies Foundation.
• A refund will be provided if the donation was made unknowingly (e.g., a donation made with a lost or stolen card).
• A refund may be considered if the donor accidentally entered the wrong donation amount.
• A refund may be considered if the donor unintentionally created a monthly recurring donation instead of a one-time contribution.
• A refund may be considered in other similar exceptional circumstances.

Refund Terms and Conditions

To request a refund for a donation made to Bridge International Academies Foundation:

• Please contact us using our contact form within 30 days of the donation date.
• This includes refund requests for monthly donations.
• Refunds can only be issued to the same card or account from which the original donation was made. This applies to all payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, direct debit, and any other payment method available on our website.

Requesting a Refund

When submitting a refund request, please include the following details:

• Your full name
• The email address used when making the donation
• Your country of residence
• Your phone number
• Date the donation was made
• The amount of the donation
• Payment method used
• A brief description of the circumstances justifying the refund request

Once we receive your request, we will review it and aim to respond within two business days. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly. Please allow 10–14 business days for the funds to return to your account.
