Beatrice Waweru supports the people who make learning possible every day at Bridge International Academies Foundation. She works across multiple countries, partnering closely with school leaders and support teams to ensure staff feel supported, engaged, and empowered to do their best work.

With over 12 years of experience in human resources, Beatrice brings a deep understanding of people, purpose, and performance. She is passionate about building caring, inclusive workplaces, strengthening leadership at all levels, and creating people systems that genuinely serve educators and staff across Bridge’s schools and offices.
